We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

· U.S. Orders: We will provide you with a return shipping label. A $8 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label and handling costs.
· International Orders: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please note: All returns must be requested prior to shipping. Any items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
· For U.S. orders, the return label and processing fee is $8.
· For international orders, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that returns shipped from outside the U.S. may incur customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. MJADE cannot waive or reimburse these fees, even for returned orders.
Please note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at 1015mjade@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for:
· Sale items or clearance merchandise.
· Gift cards.

Exchanges
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. To start an exchange, contact us at 1015mjade@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted:
· U.S. Orders: We will provide a return label. A $8 fee will be charged to cover the return shipping and handling.
· International Orders: You will ship the item back to us at your own expense to our return address.
Once we receive and process the returned item, we will ship your exchanged item and send you a confirmation email with updated tracking information.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
After your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process it. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice regarding the status of your refund.
