In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order.

Back-Ordered Items: Back-ordered items will be shipped at a later date. This date will be clearly noted on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the official launch date.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. Transit times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as flight availability, customs clearance procedures, and aviation security checks. The final delivery timeline depends on your delivery country and the shipping service selected.

Duties & Taxes

United States :
Import duties are included in the product price. Sales taxes are applied at checkout according to the state/province of the shipping address.

Other International Destinations:
For all other international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by MJADE. We cannot predict what these costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we are unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at 1015mjade@gmail.com with your order number, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. You may return your order after you receive it. Please see our Returns & Exchanges section for further details.

Can I Update My Shipping Address?

You may contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to request an address change. We will do our best to accommodate the change before your order begins processing. Please note that as our team works efficiently to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible after this time.

If your order has already been dispatched, we suggest contacting the courier directly to attempt a delivery interception or address change. At this stage, MJADE cannot guarantee successful delivery and is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

How Can I Track My Order?

A tracking number is automatically sent to you via email as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into their system, you can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
